AM I THE ONLY ONE SEPTEMBER FILLER WHO HASN'T RECEIVED ANY BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT LETTER AND HAS NO IDEA WHEN I WILL BE ABLE TO GIVE MY FINGERPRINTS????????????????????????????

I still haven't received my biometrics appt but I filed much later than you (received 10/2) so I'm still anxiously waiting.

hi, we are both in the same situation, i was so excited to check the mail after 2 days i got my NOA last oct 7th but until now i didn't get any... so sad, i always check sept filers table also and curious why we still havent receive them... i really wanted to have it so bad.. huhuhuhu

09/30/08 - mailed AOS, AP and EAD thru USPS

10/02/08 - received and signed by V. Bustamante

10/06/08 - check cashed out

10/07/08 - date of NOA

10/08/08 - last touch for AP and EAD

10/28/08 - AOS transferred to CSC

11/04/08 - touched on AOS

11/05/08 - touched again on AOS

11/06/08 - touched again on AOS ( no touch on AP and EAD)

12/08/08 - EAD approved according to USCIS officer (from infopass)

12/09/08 - touched on AP and EAD

12/10/08 - AP approved dated 12/09

12/15/08 - AP on mail

01/12/09 - went to infopass - found out my EAD has been approved since DEC 8,2008

01/21/09 - biometrics appoinment

01/21/09- Card production ordered for I-765 and a touched for I-485

01/22/09 - touched on I-485

01/23/09 - touched again on i-485

01/26/09- touched again on I-485 and i-765! WOW!

01/29/09 - i-765 approval notice sent.. and EAD card received in mail

02/24/09 - AOS APPROVED!! thanks God!

02/25/09 - AOS touched again

02/27/09 - GC and welcome letter received in the mail

Bah! NOA arrived today saying the FBI couldn't process the fingerprints. New bio-redo scheduled for Nov 4.

May 7, 2007 -- I-129F K1 sent to NSC

Dec 26, 2007 -- K1 Visa approved.

Sep 16, 2008 -- AOS/EAD/AP sent to Chicago

Apr 01, 2009 -- Conditional green card arrives.

Feb 19, 2011 -- Mailed I-751 Packet to lift conditions

Nov 11, 2011 -- Permanent GC rev'd in mail.

Apr 25, 2012 -- Mailed N-400 Naturalization

Aug 16, 2012 -- Citizenship Interview. Approved.

Sep 06, 2012 -- Citizenship Oath.

Well, I just came back from the post office. I resent the W2, 1040 and 1099 documents and an additional 42 pages of turbo tax supporting documents they can read through ;) . I hope that will be enough and we won't get another RFE. Hopefully my case will be resumed soon. I sent the package by express mail so they should have it in 2 days at the latest. This means the delay should be minimal. So now the wait starts again... :mellow:

Stardust, I also experienced this, and now the case processing resumed... keep us posted, and I hope everything goes well for you/us!

We also got an RFE about a week ago concerning W2 and sent in some additional paperwork,

so you can also add us to the RFE list.

Are case is still on hold...hopefully resumed soon.

I have my biometrics appointment tomorrow...office is only a five minutes drive. :star:

According to the USPS website, the packet arrived at the processing center in Lee's Summit, MO yesterday morning, but it hasn't been picked up and signed for yet. That worries me a bit. How long does it usually take for someone to pick up and sign for the packet? I was guessing that it would be the day of delivery or a day later. I really hope someone picks up the packet today so my case processing can be resumed. I hate this waiting :wacko:

OK never mind... :huh:

Just checked the USPS website agan and the packet was signed for by B. Graham today :)

I got a touch today B)

I'm feeling soooo cool.. They received my answer for the RFE and now are moving forward to processing my case, which, by their own time line can take 3 months...

Well, what is 3 months, anyway? :mellow:

I have one question, I got a RFE and it says that my case will be on Hold until I submit the evidence they requested, do you have any idea if my AP will be place on HOLD to??? or is it just the AOS and the EAD because that is the "subject" on my RFE...

Sept 09/2013 - Citizenship Interview

Oct 11/2013 - Oath Ceremony- I'M A US CITIZEN!!

Typically it will hold up the AP, as far as I've read people discussing when it happens to them. Try to mail back the RFE evidence as quickly as possible.
