And in case anyone is interested, we just sent the Vaccination record, didn't have it transcribed.

Thanks for that piece of info. Exactly what I wanted to know. We did the same thing and I hope the same adjudicator picks up our file and approves us without an RFE. I figure we are about a month behind you since we got touched a month after you on Feb. 13. I think that was pulling the file box out of the store room and moving it to the office of the workers, so we're showing some progress.

My wife and I were interviewed on Wed 02/18 and were approved. The IO gave us the welcome letter at the end of the interview. Now I am waiting for the GC in the mail. Thanks VJ for a very informative website and forums, thanks envy_me for keeping the list updated. Good luck to every one.

After receiving approval email, we recieved the official welcome letter in the mail yesterday - still no Green Card, but I'm sure it's on its way!

September 2, 2008 - Mailed AOS and EAD

September 4, 2008 - AOS delivered... waiting.

September 4, 2008 - AOS NOA date!

September 15, 2008 - received Biometrics appointment

September 30, 2008 - Biometrics appointment!

November 3, 2008 - Received EAD!

November 12, 2008 - AOS Case Transferred to CSC

November 19, 2008 - Touched -Transfer Complete

December 28, 2008 - Real Wedding

Whew! Finally.. I got my conditional green card in the mail today! It really feels good!!!! Thanks God!!!

Free of burden for 2 years... thanks a lot for everybody here! This journey is not easy!!!

For those who are still waiting.. hang in there!!! USCIS are working... I kept praying for you guys!!!! Don't lose hope:):)

My GC was approved Jan 26th and I have had all the emails, but so far no welcome letter, no approval notice and no GC in the mail. Do you all think I should be calling to find out where it was sent?

5th February 2008 - I-129F forms sent for K1 visa (VSC)

26th March 2008 - NOA2 recieved via email

19th May 2008 - Interview............APPROVED!!!!!!

21st May 2008 - Visa in hand

29th July 2008 - POE

2nd September 2008 - Married

19th September - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago lockbox

25th September - Check cashed $1010.00 (OUCH!!)

29th September - Received NOA's for AOS/EAD/AP

13th October - AOS Petition transferred to CSC!!!

17th October - Biometrics (Tampa Office)

17th October - AOS/EAD Touched

20th October - AOS Touched

21st October - AOS Touched

6th November - AOS/EAD/AP Touched (probably due to change of address)

10th December - EAD approved

28th January 2009 - GC approved without interview. Done with all this till 2011!!!!!!!!

we just got the rfe in the mail and it says that we need to properly fill out an i-693.

does anyone know if this means that he has to do a full medical or that we just need get a civil surgeon to fill out the vaccination part?

he did his medical last year in albania, and it was definitely less than a year when we submitted our packet (it was probably in feb, and we submitted the packet in sept - so about 7 months had past).

i am afraid that if we just send the vaccination part that it wont be enough.

does anyone know if the rfe would have specified if we just need the vaccination supplement?

Whew! Finally.. I got my conditional green card in the mail today! It really feels good!!!! Thanks God!!!

Free of burden for 2 years... thanks a lot for everybody here! This journey is not easy!!!

For those who are still waiting.. hang in there!!! USCIS are working... I kept praying for you guys!!!! Don't lose hope:):)

Hi Sept. filers. :star:

I had an AOS interview last Friday and got an approval. :thumbs:

Though we had to wait for an interview for about one hour, the actual interview took us less than 15 minutes.

Our IO was a nice lady. She just asked us basic questions. No cross examination was made.

Two prominent questions she asked were how we met and who the people in our wedding pics are.

The only one problem we faced was that the vaccination letter which the civil surgeon sealed in the envelope did not have a check in a box "All vaccination requirements are met...," so the IO was about to ask me to call civil surgeon and get another letter.... But, then the one the civil surgeon gave me had a check in the box, so I showed it to her. She took my copy and said that she would replace the one in file with my copy and there is no problem. Bringing copies saved my butt. :star: So, make sure to bring all copies of everything.... I mean everything.

Anyway, she gave me the approval letter and told me that I should receive my GC within 30 days. :star:
