I haven't been keeping as close an eye on this thread since I got my ead (spending more time on Monster), and I did have a quick look, but has anyone received green card without interview yet?

K-1 Application

2nd October 2007 - I-129F sent to CSC

10th October 2007 - NOA1 issued

31st January 2008 - NOA2 issued

22nd May 2008 - Interview date

18th July 2008 - US here I come

22nd August 2008 - Wedding date

15th September 2008 - AOS Pack (I485, I131, I765) Sent

22nd September 2008 - NOA1 x 3 Received

6th October 2008 - Transferred to CSC

17th October 2008 - Biometrics

5th December 2008 - EAD & AP approved

20th February 2008 - GC approved

1st December 2010 - I-751 Sent (CSC)

3rd December 2010 - I-751 Received

7th December 2010 - Cheque cashed

3rd January 2011 - Biometrics

Still waiting after transfer to CSC, no touches after biometrics.

I haven't been keeping as close an eye on this thread since I got my ead (spending more time on Monster), and I did have a quick look, but has anyone received green card without interview yet?

We also got a touch on his AOS today!

It may be nothing more than moving from one dusty pile to another, but we haven't had a touch since early Oct. Up until today it just said "Case has been transferred" blahblah... now it says pending! It may still be a long wait, but I was really worried that it was lost somewhere during the transfer. Now I know it's actually there, so my mind is at ease again. :)

I also got a promotion at work today, so it's been a great day!! Yay!

Now, if Alf could only get his SS card and a job! ;)

Congrats to all the approvals and green card!!!! since my last post. I know it's been awhile, but I do read and cheer along all the time. :thumbs:

I spoke too soon. Just checked online, I have a touch on my 485 today (1/12)...no change in message (still pending)

OK, so this afternoon Damon called USCIS again! Their computer system was working again this afternoon. So this time the lady was abled to tell us that they sent us a letter on Wednesday saying that my EAD is under investigation. I got the letter this afternoon it says it's under review.

Personnally I prefer the term under review than under investigation! investigation sounds like I did something bad! lol

Does anyone who had put a service request had this kind of letter? it also says that it might take 60 days... :unsure:

Thanks God! So me and my hubby went to my infopass appointment today and the officer was nice, he said i had an approval already then i said yeah my travel doc was already approved last month, he said no your EAD has been approved since December 8.. wow!! I remember mellowgeorge's post last time.. that they cannot just issue the card cause no finger print... then he said he will call the biometrics dept if they can do my finger print but it was closed mondays and sundays... then he said i can walk in wed and sat for my bio then he checked again the system and saw i have already a schedule on January 21, but if he didnt see it, he will make an sched for me.. so thats it! Thanks God my EAD is already approved since December 8 so just needed my finger print so they can order my card.. Good luck for to all of us esp those who are still waiting!!

10/02/08 - received and signed by V. Bustamante

10/06/08 - check cashed out

10/07/08 - date of NOA

10/08/08 - last touch for AP and EAD

10/28/08 - AOS transferred to CSC

11/04/08 - touched on AOS

11/05/08 - touched again on AOS

11/06/08 - touched again on AOS ( no touch on AP and EAD)

12/08/08 - EAD approved according to USCIS officer (from infopass)

12/09/08 - touched on AP and EAD

12/10/08 - AP approved dated 12/09

12/15/08 - AP on mail

01/12/09 - went to infopass - found out my EAD has been approved since DEC 8,2008

01/21/09 - biometrics appoinment

01/21/09- Card production ordered for I-765 and a touched for I-485

01/22/09 - touched on I-485

01/23/09 - touched again on i-485

01/26/09- touched again on I-485 and i-765! WOW!

01/29/09 - i-765 approval notice sent.. and EAD card received in mail

02/24/09 - AOS APPROVED!! thanks God!

April 13, 2009 - Welcome to the USA letter rec'd. PRC to be rec'd within 3 weeks.

April 16, 2009 - 2 yr GC rec'd in mail.

March 2, 2011 - Mailed in I-751 to CSC

March 4, 2011 - I-751 delivered to CSC

March 4, 2011 - NOA issued

March 12, 2011 - NOA received

April 14, 2011 - BIO Appt 5/6/11

May 6, 2011 - BIO done in 10 minutes...no re-takes this time :)

June 27, 2011 - Email rec'd "Status - Approved"

July 1, 2011 - 10 yr GC arrived

I am so jealous, I wish my case would get touched too :blink:

I wish I could see if my case has been touched like you guys! But the uscis website doesn't work for me anymore. It's been like that all day. The USCIS don't khow how long it will remain crashed! :(
