Do you have to mail a form? Cant you just fill it online? my husband and i moved to our new house and we only did change of address online and i filled the form, even for our p o box, we changed it online too didnt need to mail anything. I'm a little confused or is it something else you want to do?

I got a mail from uscis after i changed my mail to confirm it, even when i called and spoke with a customer representative, to confirm change i also got a mail for confirmation in three days.

1. Change address online since i have a pending case(I485)

2. Change address via mail to update the data base. Send in Form AR11.

For my husband, we will send in I865 since he prepared I864 for my application.

Am i right?

regular envelope should be just fine, send them separately

Hey... i'm doing good, searching for jobs and it aint easy!

Now thats new but its ok, we learn everyday and maybe they just started that, i had 3 pending cases when i changed mine to even complicate things i changed it the same day my AP mail was sent out to me. I filled the forms online too.

Wow, well in that case it would be wise to send it out in different envelopes and doing a trifold is just perfect afterall thhats how they fold our mails too.

Hi all September Filers,

It's been a while I didn't check this site coz I went on vacation with my husband during Xmas!!! And we have been busy during New Year's Eve and New Year's Day too~~

I want to share this happy moments with all of you and I hope this can cheer all of you up a bit.......When I got home on 12/27/08, my Green Card was sitting inside the mailbox already!!! Yahoo~~~~

Guys! I'm very patient! but I'm tired of waiting for this stupid EAD! I want to start my life!!!have a car, have a job!!!!

Plus I called today USCIS again since their website said there were an error and to call costumer service, I did, and all their computers are broken, they can't enter any applications in their system. So it's not today that they re going to work on my case!

Just heard back from our Congressional representative. She says that although USCIS won't tell her, she suspects that the RFE that we've just been sent is for the the same documentation (I-864) that we sent in response to the first RFE back in September because they say that what they've just sent is a 'second request'. If that's true then they've lost our Affidavit of Support. We sent one to them back in late September and on the 16th October or thereabouts, our case status changed to 'response to request for evidence received, case processing has resumed'.

I've now seen the email that USCIS sent to back to my Congressional Superhero . It could just be a very poor choice of language by the nameless person who wrote the email but it certainly looks like they're claiming we didn't answer the original RFE back in October. Thing is, until a couple of days ago, my case status was along the lines of 'reponse to request for evidence received, case processing has resumed'. Now of course, it details the new RFE but I assume that USCIS can see the past status messages and that they did once acknowledge receipt of the RFE response.

The USCIS website (link - page 2) says that in the event of service error, expedited processing is available (if they expedited my EAD now, it'll still be several weeks over what it should have been). Has anyone managed to convince them to expedite due to service error? Any hints? Something tells me it probably won't be too easy to persuade them it was their fault, even with POD, etc
