I did contact ombudsman and they say I should receive something from USCIS shortly so I don't know what else to do. the infopass is too far for us and too much snow that we might not make it pass the mountain passes so we are waiting for the snow to melt a little.

I had two e-mails when I got to work today - apparently the card was ordered on both the 3rd and the 7th

I can't believe this, After 4 months from filing and bugging USCIS and Ombudsman and after receiving my interview letter I get this email from CRIS

I got RFE on I-485, I-131 and I-765. What is going on? this is almost 4 months after filing. Has anyone received RFE on all those forms at the same time? weird.

How could they send us a notice for interview date if there is RFE? how is that possible

First reply here, and have been following Envy's wonderful list (very helpful), and have noticed that everyone who has filed for K1 initially and the case is pending in the CSC for AOS has not been processed or just sitting there. Do they normally grab all the AOS changes from K1 in bulk, or how does that work.

Next question, if I had to do my finger prints twice does that actually slow down the processing? Thanks in advance for the advice.

I am starting to worry the same mail might come my way, I still haven't heard anything.

It really sucked, when I got the message from CRIS I completely thought, oh my god yes, here is my EAD but I was speechless and then a few minutes later more updates all the same for all the forms. I don't get it? I have not read anyone having all 3 filings asking for evidence and at the same time. And how could they send you an interview letter if they still need evidence to process our applications. I just have to wait for the mail and see what it is, I hope we get it by the weekend cause i will go crazy not that i am not now.

This is absurd, this is the first that I have read of such a RFE> under normal circumstances you would not have an interview date until they are satisfied with the the information they have. Most probably they lost your documents..I am sorry for this.. hopefully you will send whatever it is they need as soon as possible.....Hang in there.
