Finally, things are moving! I received an e mail for my AP. Approval notice has been sent!! :dance:

Frankly I don't really care about the AP, without EAD and a job I can't have the money to go back home ^_^

But it's still good, I hope they'll do my EAD tomorrow!!!

lol thats true!! congrats anyway.. my ap was just approved today too (dated 9dec) but no plans to go home, i am more of my EAD so i can start looking for a job. But still a good news that means they are working hehehhehe.. i still hope they will send my bio sched.. :whistle:

Hey I'll take your AP off your hands if you like, I could really use one. If only I had my EAD, I'd swap it with you!

I was just browsing other threads and there have been several people transferred to CSC after our case. Almost all of those that I've seen have a case status of "pending".. so I was wondering... should I try to call USCIS and see if they have any info on ours? The status still says "Case transferred" etc, and hasn't been updated. Last touch was right after biometrics.

I don't expect an approval on the AOS for quite some time yet, but it is starting to really bother me that it doesn't say pending!

hey! I have a stupid question! How do you know if your case is at NBC or MBC?...if there is a way to know of course...

Hello all,

My interview was today in Seattle... I'll know the result in "two to three" weeks. It all was fairly pleasant and relaxed - she asked a few general questions, looked through our photos (kept some). It took slightly longer than otherwise, as me and my wife don't have any shared bank accounts - so we had to answer a few questions seperately. She asked us a few things like:

Is there a clock in the bathroom?

Do you have any pets?

Which side of the bed do you sleep on?

Where is the mailbox?

What did you eat for dinner?

All pretty simple, really.

Anyway, all we have to do now is wait :)

Yaay! Savethispatient.... you did well and lets be optimistic that it comes soon. If there was a problem she would definitely have indicated such or given you tough times!

Well the hard part is over, waiting for the green card wont be so bad now.

Aaralyn...a week or so after our biometrics (after our case was transferred to CSC), the status on ours changed to 'This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred', and that is where it seems to be stuck for the past two months..... It used to say 'Case transferred......' just like yours, before the biometrics.

hey! I have a stupid question! How do you know if your case is at NBC or MBC?...if there is a way to know of course...

Where I read the status of my case online,

there it says - my case is currently at NBC

There are no such thing as stupid questions ;)

09.18.08 NOA1 for I-485 and 1-765

09.26.08 NOA Biometric appointment

10.03.08 RFE

10.21.08 RFE received, case processing resumed

your case is at MSC/NBC unless you're notified that the case's transferred to CSC or local office.. IMO.. ;)

Our EAD & AP remained at NBC, only the 485 was transferred to CSC...so Envy is correct, unless otherwise stated, case remains at NBC....
