Yay!!!

Just got an email from CRIS that on December 9th, my EAD production of my EAD card was ordered. I assume this means that I have been approved!!

Haven't had any approval notice, but finally I will be able to go back to work before Christmas (after 8 long years!!). I'm glad because I applied for a couple of jobs just yesterday.

I hope everyone else that's been waiting gets some good news real soon!!!

Thanks. No I didn't file for AP. I was advised not to, since I've been out of status for so long. I don't think it will be long before my AOS is hopefully approved anyway. But I can still apply for AP whilst AOS is still be processed without incurring any more filing fees. Right now, I'm more concerned with getting back to work at this point!

Silly USCIS!

I agree...

They are sooo good at losing paperworks....

As for us, they lost our passport style photos for K1 application and RFEd us for that.

So, it should be something simple like that.

But, they should have RFEd you much earlier. :angry:

When they RFEd us for passport photos, they did so when we became well over their time frame....

They are totally disorganized and the whole US immigration system is a piece of s**t.

Vida did they indicate any thing missing from the list? make a call to uscis and see what you can find out.

In the absence of that i think you should make photocopies of everything you have already get ready for mailing it back because the earlier its sent back the sooner they resume your case processing!
