Yall cant believe this, after posting my last post!!! I logged back in into my email and foud those!!!!

I had my tickets for Paris to see my parents and stuff.... Dieu merci!!

A lil advice: if you did not get anything yet, call them ASAP and put a service order!!! I did it last week and even lied saying that my grand mother is sick so I need to go see her ASAP, now here we go!

:crying: nobody still answer my query heheeh but its ok...i will continue to wait for an answer.

btw had a chance to look at the october filers folder...wow they have also a chart like us...and they enjoy it bec of course with it ,, its really easy to monitor...im glad they have it too so they would enjoy what we have enjoyed here.

congrats september filers for setting a record and congrats envy_me that means you really did a good job....

hello all,

I was wondering from which date do you guys calculate the 75/90 days. Is it from the date they received your application?

Hope we see more approvals this week. I haven't had any updates since bio on October 17.

Personally, I count from the time they received my application shown on the NOA.

Hang in there! I haven't been touch either since my biometrics. But I think it's normal, the next touch you'll get is to tell you you've been approved ;) Hope it will be soon!!!

I hope we do get it soon, they received my application on september 19 and I haven't gotten EAD still and from that date it's 80 days. I hope I get it soon, I hate the fact that I can't work. By the way, I saw you guys are in denver, how do you like it there, we are thinking of moving there. So I thought I ask your opinion seeing you are from denver. Thanks guys and good luck, hope this week will be more approvals.

Don't worry I'm sure you'll get it soon. Another thing that I said to myself sometimes is that maybe it's already approved and just doesn't show up on the website. ;) For my I 129, it never showed any touches or approved... It still says today "case received and pending"! :D

How come you re going to move there from MT? When do you think you guys will move to Denver? We actually live in Fort Collins. Its 50 minutes from Denver. But we often go there for concerts and shopping ^_^ It's a nice big and not too big city! I like it. Damon nevertheless doesn't, he thinks it has no charms...So you'll see, surprise! ;)

I guess I can see how denver doesn't have any charm. The reason we are thinking of moving, is not that montana is not a great place, it is if you are retired or a college student. But as far as diversity for jobs, there isn't much. And not too much of a way of entertaining guests, I mean other than fishing and hiking, there isn't any sporting events, big concerts, authentic restaurants or any time of night life other than college bars. Also flying in and out of montana is so expensive. We were contemplating denver, we also have austin in mind as well. Denver just seemed right in the middle of all the action. Big city yet smaller than other well know cities. clean weather, not as expensive as new york, or los angeles or chicago. Seems to have decent diversification of jobs and careers and homes seem to be reasonable in price. If we choose denver, we don't necessarily be in denver but maybe even colorado springs or fort collins. But first we still hope to get our EAD soon. fingers crossed

Good thinking! you 're absolutly right. I wouldn't recommend to live in CO Springs though, I heard only bad thing about this city... I think Fort Co is a nice place to live and cheap for housing, even compare to Denver or Boulder! And there are tones of places to go out for music, restaurant etc. ;)

to answer,

we filed for AOS AP and EAD, I think we sent all that on the 9th of Sept, they received it on the 15th and the notice dates are 18th of Sept for all three NOAs.

the AP was not touched since the 18th of Sept

the EAD got touched the day 16th of Oct, so the day after the Bio Ap

and the AOS was transfered to CSC on the 1st of Dec, touched on the 2nd and nothing since that

We got an email today saying the AP is approved and has been mailed on Dec 8th. Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!

Also said the EAD card has been ordered and can take 30 days to be mailed to us. See below for snippets

from email but I think everyone here has already read them before....butttttttttttttttttttttt anyway, I will type

them again.

AP Notice quoted here : "On December 8, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT".

EAD notice quoted here: " Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On December 8, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you."

So now we have an interview, the EAD and AP coming.

How long is it usually to get the EAD now? Is it really 30 days?

We are so excited now!!!! Things are happening!!!

I would think that the 30 days is a standard answer. I want to think they just say that in the event mail is really slow.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
