hello all,

I was wondering from which date do you guys calculate the 75/90 days. Is it from the date they received your application?

Hope we see more approvals this week. I haven't had any updates since bio on October 17.

Personally, I count from the time they received my application shown on the NOA.

Hang in there! I haven't been touch either since my biometrics. But I think it's normal, the next touch you'll get is to tell you you've been approved ;) Hope it will be soon!!!

I hope we do get it soon, they received my application on september 19 and I haven't gotten EAD still and from that date it's 80 days. I hope I get it soon, I hate the fact that I can't work. By the way, I saw you guys are in denver, how do you like it there, we are thinking of moving there. So I thought I ask your opinion seeing you are from denver. Thanks guys and good luck, hope this week will be more approvals.

Don't worry I'm sure you'll get it soon. Another thing that I said to myself sometimes is that maybe it's already approved and just doesn't show up on the website. ;) For my I 129, it never showed any touches or approved... It still says today "case received and pending"! :D

How come you re going to move there from MT? When do you think you guys will move to Denver? We actually live in Fort Collins. Its 50 minutes from Denver. But we often go there for concerts and shopping ^_^ It's a nice big and not too big city! I like it. Damon nevertheless doesn't, he thinks it has no charms...So you'll see, surprise! ;)

I guess I can see how denver doesn't have any charm. The reason we are thinking of moving, is not that montana is not a great place, it is if you are retired or a college student. But as far as diversity for jobs, there isn't much. And not too much of a way of entertaining guests, I mean other than fishing and hiking, there isn't any sporting events, big concerts, authentic restaurants or any time of night life other than college bars. Also flying in and out of montana is so expensive. We were contemplating denver, we also have austin in mind as well. Denver just seemed right in the middle of all the action. Big city yet smaller than other well know cities. clean weather, not as expensive as new york, or los angeles or chicago. Seems to have decent diversification of jobs and careers and homes seem to be reasonable in price. If we choose denver, we don't necessarily be in denver but maybe even colorado springs or fort collins. But first we still hope to get our EAD soon. fingers crossed

HELLO EVERYONE,

JUST HAVE SOME QUERY, I KNOW YOU HAVE ANSWER FOR THIS...I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!

WE MIGHT TRANSFER REAL SOON BUT WE DONT HAVE DEFINITE DATE AND NEW ADDRESS YET AND SINCE I AM EXPECTING MY EAD APPROVAL NOTICE AND NOTICES IF ANY FROM MY AOS, I WANT TO MAKE SURE I WILL GET THEM ON TIME DURING THIS TRANSITION...I ACTUALLY PUT OUR MAILING ADDRESS IN MY G325A WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM OUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS BUT THE LAST MAILS I HAVE WAS ADDRESSED TO OUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS...NOW I WANT THEM TO SEND EVERYTHING TO OUR MAILING ADDRESS SO THAT ANYTIME WE CAN TRANSFER I WOULD STILL RECEIVE MY MAILS SAFELY. MY QUESTION IS, WHAT SHALL I DO? DO I HAVE TO CALL AND INFORM USCIS TO REDIRECT MAILS TO MAILING ADDRESS? IS THERE A NEED FOR ME TO FILL N AR11 WHEN I DONT HAVE YET NEW PHYSICAL ADDRESS AND USE THE MAILING ADDRESS? OR THE CALL IS ENOUGH FOR NOW AND MAKE THE AR11 ONCE WE FINALLY MOVE...

Got my first AOS touch on I- 485 todaysince October after it was transferred.

I also got the second notice of EAD card production as below:-

Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On December 8, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375-5283.

So hopefully it would be mailed out soon.

Meanwhile i hope everyone going for interview returnes with goodnews!

09/18/2008: Sent out AOS/EAD/AP via Fedex

09/22/2008: Application received

09/26/2008: Application received Date on NOA1

10/16/2008: Biometrics appointment

10/17/2008: Touch

12/08/2008: Filed a Service Request for EAD (more than 75 days since petition received.)

12/22/2008: Infopass Appointment (Day 91 since EAD application filed)

12/22/2008: EAD approved (card production ordered/Day 91)

12/31/2008: AP received in mail :)

01/02/2009: EAD received in mail :)

01/09/2009: AOS interview letter received in mail :)

02/20/2009: Interview :) => Approved!!!!!

Got this email today:

Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On December 9, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Also- I am really excited to hear details from the 3 couples who interviewed today! I am sending them all positive vibes!

12/07/2002 - Eric and I start dating during my semester abroad in Mexico

11/30/2005 - Eric receives F-1 Student Visa

03/13/2008 - We get engaged!

07/12/2008 - We get married :)

09/17/2008 - Send in I-485/I-765/I-130

09/19/2008 - Forms delivered to NBC

09/23/2008 - NOAs

10/18/2008 - Biometrics in San Antonio

12/02/2008 - EAD Case Status touch, CRIS e-mail: "Card Production Ordered on December 2"

12/08/2008 - EAD Case Status touch, CRIS e-mail: "Card Production Ordered on December 5"

12/09/2008 - EAD Case Status touch, CRIS e-mail: "Approval Notice Sent: On December 9th, we mailed you a notice that we have approved I-765"

12/10/2008 - EAD Case Status touch

12/11/2008 - Receive EAD in the mail. The EAD is dated 12/02/2008, and the letter's postmark is dated 12/08/2008

01/09/2009 - Receive Interview Appointment Notice in the mail. Notice date is 1-2-09, and interview is scheduled for 2-26-09

02/26/2009 - AOS Interview. We are approved!!!! Eric gets stamp in his passport that will serve as conditional LPR status until card comes in mail

03/03/2009 - Receive 2 NOAs dated 2/26/09. (The I-130 approval and the I-485 "Welcome to the United States, Your PR Card will come in 3 weeks" approval)

03/10/2009 - Receive LPR card in the mail

11/29/2010 - File Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (this is a Monday, 89 days before 2 years are up)
