ok - now im officially frustrated!! My fiance was speaking to USCIS on September 11 and they advised that they will resent package the following business day...We then spoke to our lawyer today and they said that they havent received anything yet and that they will get in contact with the USCIS to follow this up...so annoyed!!! :ranting: ..anyway..just wanted to vent..

05.14.2012 -- Packet arrived @ VSC

xx.xx.2012 -- Check Cashed

05.15.2012 -- NOA1 dated 05.15.2012

05.31.2012 -- Biometric notice date

01.23.2013 -- Card Production Ordered.

01.28.2013 -- 10 Year Green Card Received

OK, got some good news today! :thumbs: I got a call from our lawyer and he received our NOA1 and our official receipt date at the Vermont Service Center is 09-09-2008. I am only worried a little about the IMBRA waiver. I filed for 1 previous girl within the 2 year period. I have no criminal record or anything like that. I read that most of the waivers go through fine. The lawyer said it may take a little longer with the waiver to process.

Finally we managed to resend our petition today, my fiance sended it via Fedex, so now im back :D

7/31/2008 - Sended I-129F to VSC (lost in mail).

9/24/2008 - Resended I-129F to VSC (*sigh* lost again).

10/30/2008 - Resended again I-129F to VSC.

11/11/2008 - NOA1

03/09/2009 - RFE received

03/11/2009 - Returned RFE

05/23/2009 - Recieved 2nd RFE

08/05/2009 - Denied. Besides that he turns out to be a total jerk. Case ended.

I would love to take a tour to see how this process is really done! I would even pay for the tour!

If I lived in California, I would probably even apply for a job there, just to get an inside understanding!
