I know what you are trying to say Luish but I've had enough of waiting. I want to be with my baby NOW. Had enough of keeping my life on hold until somebody at VSC finally decides to dust some long forgotten files.

Well, I'm 3 days short of 6 months wait so will be moving over to 6+ months waiting club soon. And by the time I'm finally approved, I'll be ready to open jewellery shop with all the spare pieces I've made in meantime. Currently trying different designs for napkin rings to see which one I like the best.

Touch is a touch, amberL. At least you know they haven't filed your case on some back shelf. And you never know, one of these days, thouch will mean approval !!! It'll be 3 weeks on Friday since our last touch. Hopefully the next one will be the NOA2, whenever that might be.

Hey, has anybody noticed that one of us, September filers got approved this week?! I'm so pleased for them. They waited long enough for it. Congratulations!

Let's see more August/September approvals this week VSC please!

It feels very lonely here now all the regular posters have been approved and left the rest of us to stew at VSC . Thi sreally is sad when I have to talk to myself...

I'm still here!! Don't be lonely!! You're NOA2 must be around the corner, they can only ignore it for so long...I honestly think VSC employ some of the laziest bumholes in history!!! And they are incapable of thinking for themselves, they are like robots!! Except they don't work efficiently!

It must be soon...but I can sympathise, I really got to the point where I just thought it wasn't going to happen for months, like some of the July/August people. Its such a disheartening experience, but i'm thinking positive thougts for you!!

I understand what you feel.. but I just can't understand why USCIS approves November filers.. and they touched you many times and what's wrong? I do hope that the last touch will be really last!!!! As for us, we are waiting too but approval from NVC.. and how long?!?!? no one knows

I've been sick with terrible stomach flu in the last few days, so that's why I have not come by to cheer you.

So, only 2 of you, guys, left, ah?

That's truly great..Hey, we are doing much better than Aug filerers that we used to follow so closely.

Wish you a lots of lots of luck this week!!!! It's coming! Just hang on..I know saying "hang on" is nonesense, since it's like: "duuuhh...how much longer can I do that stupid "hang on" thing?"..but it will be this week.

Congrats to all that are approved, maybe Amber and Kat&Alie can start writing letters too?

how do you feel now?? Oh yes, still nothing.. ( Going to call today, but I don't think that they say "sent to Kiev" ..but we are gathering all documents for interview... it takes time too..

I'm so sorry you are still "laying eggs" at NVC. It is completely unacceptable that people have to wait even more at NVC after all this waiting we've already endured . I hope you'll get out of the AP really soon.

I'm just about "hanging on"... I'm not sure how much more of this waiting game can I take. On the good side, I've descovered that making jewellery keeps my fingers of the computer for long enough to stop checking the USCIS site every half an hour . It's keeping me sane for a moment.

thank you very much for understanding the same our lawyer said. If we got approved from USCIS we don't have to be in AP.. He was confused too.. still waiting for news from NVC

Hear, hear. There have been few approvals last week for people with RFE which gave me some fresh hope, even if it just a grain size, still it's more than I had at the beginning of the week.

So maybe this week will be ours and will see more of September and August approvals (not to mention people from July and earlier). I still get so crabby when I see November approvals not to mention few from December. For crying out load!

Although to be honest, I would love to be in their shoes and be so lucky .

Joe and Nadya, I sincerely hope you get "out of jail" (a.k.a. NVC) ticket really soon. Enough is enough.
