Actually, does anyone have a link to a post or website that covers what to do next, after an NOA2?

I-129F mailed to VSC - 08/27/08

I-129F recieved at VSC - 08/28/08

Check Cleared - 09/02/08 (Case number on back of check, never mailed me NOA1)

Touched - 09/03/08

Touched - 09/23/08

Touched - 09/24/08 (I think it relates to my change of address request)

Approval notice - 02/26/09 (updated timeline)

Approval Hardcopy - 03/05/09

Left NVC - 03/05/2009

Interview - 05/19/2009

Entered USA- 08/03/2009

P.O.E. - Atlanta, GA

Well, we got a letter in response to my email to the congressman today, it would seem that he had nothing to do with us getting our NOA2 as he wrote in his letter that we should expect to wait another 5-6 months!! So it must have just been a coincidence.

Any news for anyone else today?? Its been a bit quiet from VSC today?

Infopass appointment was on Feb 20th. Officer sent an e-mail to the VSC inquiring about my case and why it has not been reviewed. Feb26th, we got our NOA2.

Must have done something. haha.

Oh, wow!!! That actually does help! Thank God, I didn't have to go that route, but it's good to know.

Wonder if the others that are waiting had tried that..? I stoped following August Trade since we got approved, so have no idea what's going on there.

Well, I also got a response from my congressman, in which he says that he had sent an inquiry to VSC, thsi was 3 days ago, and so far nothing......I'm just trying to stay + , but it's difficult when you see October and even November approvals, eventhought I'm happy for them, I also want to get my NOA2 so I can move on to the next step....

Yea it seems like it has been a very very quiet day. ugh SO didnt get a confirmation number so we can check to see if they recieved the RFE response so im just like :whistle: well this sucks cause I dont know if it has got there yet, or prolly it is just sitting there waiting to be opened... I kinda feel like im in limbo... Tried to guage how long it takes for processing to resume....O well maybe tmrw or next week will bring good news for us eh Luish?

WELL. I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS COINCIDENCE OR WHAT BUT I GOT MY APPROVAL THIS AFTERNOON THRU MY E'MAIL AND VERIFY IT AT THE USCIS SITE....

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On February 26, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

Good Luck to the rest of you guys, Not long now till we are all back with our loved ones :)
