We got touched a day after they put the case on hold. RFE issued on the 2 Feb, touched both on the 2nd and 3rd and then 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th. :( Nothing since....

Well, if it doesn't happen this month, it'll happen next month. No wedding in April for me though :cry:

Biometrics appointment: 09-02-2009

AP received: 09-18-2009

EAD card received: 09-21-2009

AOS approved: 10-15-2009

Well im kinda relieved to see you were touched the day after the RFE was issued too...

/ hug o well maybe a late spring/early summer wedding? ( not sure how long your consulate takes to schedule an interview)

we are shooting for maybe a september wedding ( montreal takes forever for interviews)

I am having trouble trying to find where i DL packet 3 from?!! can anyone help?

You should be able to download all the forms from the US Embassy's website in Dublin. If that fails try London.

I am sorry to hear about your delay with wedding in April.. and we have planned it in April too. But after news from NVC we stopped planning anything.. just still waiting for some news.. when I get a visa on hand then we will start planning and build more real plans.. now we don't know when it happens.

But after news from NVC we stopped planning anything.. just still waiting for some news.. when I get a visa on hand then we will start planning and build more real plans.. now we don't know when it happens.

For me it was never so much about wedding itself as he's organising everything but having to keep everything still and on hold... I just want to get on with my life. If we don't manage April 5th (although he's still hopeful :)), the next first available date will be on the 17th May. We might have to scrap BBQ wedding as apparently May in Florida is already too hot to be outdoors (oh, heaven :D) so he'll have to start planning almost from the beginning.

BUT, I've just handed in my resignation and I can tell you it feels great!!!! :dance: Working 2 months notice from 1st March and then I'm done. My boss wants me to have a more flexible notice which suits me fine if visa doesn't come before May. Hopefully we'll all have it soon.

Have you noticed that September files for some reason are the slowest group to be approved (looked at the graphs on Igor's list for K-1, K-3 and IC-1 (or whatever they are called :blush: ). I wonder why?

no i didn't get interview date yet I'm still working on packet 3 and i didn't send it back to the embassy yet ( hopefully i will send it back to the embassy next week)

I got approved too!! Thank god for VJ, its the only thing thats kept me semi-sane!! Thank you all for your support...now come on VSC get all the other Sept filers approved too!!!
