OK guys, I've got to share some good news!!!

Unfortunately it's not the NOA2 :crying: but my baby is coming over this weekend for a visit!!! He could only get one day off work so he's arriving on Friday morning and leaving on Sunday noon but I don't care. I am SO HAPPY!!! :dancing:

And he said he'll bring over his I-134 and who knows, the NOA2 might turn up while he's here. :)

Hey Guys,

So after what i thought was going to be a major setback, (they sent back paperwork to my fiance, cause there was a yes/no box not ticked) anyhoo, He sent it back the next day and i was all set to sit back and wait another couple months to hear something, then i checked the USCIS site, like i always do, just on the offchance and this is what it said :)

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

On February 17, 2009, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

So, i dont know if its important news, i dont wanna sound dumb, but this is a good thing right?? I tried to check the processing time thing and i really cant figure it out, all the dates say 2008?!!

Is there somewhere else i can check the status now? And has anyone else from the september group got this yet?? and if so how long was it till you heard some other news?

Thanks again guys, i'd be lost without you all.

 I wish I could do that but he's the one coming to London :). Somthimes I really wish we decided all those months ago for him to move over here. Had we decided that, we would have been together long time ago. Pity the weather here is so cr**py :hehe:

Few of us are in the same boat so you are not alone :)

It looks like you got a RFE and once your guy returned the requested document, this notice just lets you know that they've resumed processing of your case. Your wait for NOA2 could be over very soon or it could take up to 60 days as they say in the notice. Good luck and please update you timeline to take into account your RFE and its return. Thanks.

I am having trouble trying to find where i DL packet 3 from?!! can anyone help?

You should be able to download all the forms from the US Embassy's website in Dublin. If that fails try London.

pls update your timeline and include your RFE mannequinn so the rest of us with RFE's can see how long yours took. Funny I checked today and I had a touch on the 17th as well... find this very very odd thought because the RFE was mailed on the 13th and processing had been put on hold, touched on the 17th and the RFE didnt arrive in Charleston until the 21st... So i guess processing want really put on hold unless the touch means maybe it was just scanned because it was moved... anyways... its got me thinking. I hope and pray that this week will be a good week for us sept fillers. Expecting my RFE back in VT by mid week...
