ty everyone for being so supportive. And omg VSC get to work !!! (and stop approving October ppl before us > ) Im a really impatient person and this is really starting to get to me. I hope in the future they improve their system somehow so future applicants have a better idea of what is going on with our cases. I wouldnt wish this on anyone. I know they have a lot of cases come in each day but for the fees we all paid this service sucks. Ugh. Just getting so annoyed. Its been almost 5 months since we applied already. Everyday I cross my fingers while checking our application status, and everyday the same disapointment. Im really thankful that VJ is here because Id for sure be going insane without you all.

ohhh I know this feeling, but I can't explain that feeling when you see " Approval notice sent" I am speechless, over excited!!!! We were approved in 5 months, without one week.. and I am agree with you, VSC approves not in order that's hurt too much... But I am sure they will approve soon!!! Never give up!!!

about interview, I have no idea about it because we even don't know where our case is now.. and according my Kiev Embassy's site when I get KEV - number, personal number of my case then I can call and make an appointment for interview. I do hope it will be in April, but I am not sure..

Congrats to all the September approvals. It is good to see Vermont back working again. I hope they keep it up. I have an NOA1 date of September 19, 2008 as well. However we have not received any touches or updates at all! Is this normal for those of you that have gotten approval? How is the approval sent? Through the website first or email or the actual letter?

We are so anxious, like everyone else here. Good luck to everyone!!!

Thank you!!! I hope that soon you will all get your NOA2 and join to us!!! Well, about aprovals, we didn't have any touches. And what I saw first, it was approval on the site. I guess they have just updated the website and in 15 minutes we have got email notification. And now waiting for mail.

I'm relieved to report that the VSC has acknowledged the receipt of the RFE and have resume the processing of our case. Can't tell you how relieved I am just to know that they have it.

Jande, there doesn't seem to be any standard for how people are notified about their NOA2. If you read posts in different forums you'll see that some had gotten an email first, some found it on the USCIS' website and others only found out when their paper copy of NOA2 turned up. Also getting touches doesn't mean that they'll approve you soon nor does the lack of touches mean you are not going to be approved soon. Although being touched gives you a bit of reassurance that at least they haven't misplaced your file . It all seems random . Try not to worry (I know it's easier said than done but what else can you really do).
