Hi September 08 filers! We originally filed towards end of July but after not hearing or receiving our noa1, for so long we decided to call the USCIS...to make a long story short there was an issue with the check (banks fault! <_< and they had resent our paperwork back to our lawyer today so we reissued another check to be sent back to the lawyer ---to then forward it on. :wacko: all the double handling! So, I guess this makes me a September filer also!

Congrats to all who have received their NOA1's!! In the meantime...im just going to keep myself super busy and try not to think too hard about it like I did the last time it was filed! :whistle:

ROC Journey:-

05.11.2012 -- mail I-751 packet

05.14.2012 -- Packet arrived @ VSC

xx.xx.2012 -- Check Cashed

05.15.2012 -- NOA1 dated 05.15.2012

05.31.2012 -- Biometric notice date

06.27.2012 -- Biometrics Taken

01.23.2013 -- Card Production Ordered.

01.28.2013 -- 10 Year Green Card Received

I think VSC is more good and quicker than CSC.

no one likes the waiting game but we don't have another choice so we ill play it with them and hopefully we will win :dance:
