And there are only 65 of us left on VJ :D now thats something to be happy about, the Aug fillers still waiting on their NOA2s now outnumber us!

Hi all,

I just got my NOA2 approval on Jan30. USCIS will be sending me stuff shortly.

I received my NOA1 on Sept 15...fyi...

So VSC is actually doing some work.

can someone tell me what happens next? and what steps i will need to take?

will documents and paper work be sent to me (the petitioner) or my fiancee?

Hello september filers. Since I am on the August/September border of filing.. and many of my august brethren have received their NOA2... I am migrating to the september filers thread to squat here for a while. Maybe you guys will give me some good luck... seeing as their are so little of you.

Hello all :)

I thought reading this thread would cheer me up, its actually having the opposite effect, everyones process seems to have taken such a short amount of time, we got our NOA1 sept 10th, and haven't heard anything since, we check out status daily from the reciept number issue, but it still says the same thing, How do i go about finding out if the cheque was cashed??? and is there anything else i can look into, i am going out of my mind atm.

Your cheque will have been cashed as they wouldn't issue a NOA1 without payment first ;) The debit should show on the petitioners account. Don't worry about not having heard, there are plenty of us from September that are still waiting hopefully!!

Im even more anxious now that applications from September are being processed. Mainly due to the fact that there is a spread of them from all over september, it makes me nervous... who will be next?
