Well I stand corrected Nick!! At the time of typing this there are 73 August filers and 68 September filers left

Just goes to show what a busy month August was!!

On another note...I see only 5 vermont approvals yesterday ..........and now nothing until Monday.

Yes, we are close, and pretty soon we all get our approvals!! Vermont Rock!!!

I am just glad to check status every day and see that some people get approvals from VSC! Soon or late we will be approved..

Good luck to everybody and be patient!

Hey guys, you won't believe this! My little beeper almost stopped about half an hour ago (18:00 GMT). I checked USCIS as usual but for the first time today and had a touch TODAY!!!! Can you believe it? Had to look twice to make sure I wasn't imaging it. But unfortunately it still says "case received and pending"...

As annoying as that is, at least we now know that somebody actually touched our file and it's not collecting dust in some forgotten box. So soon we'll know if we get and RFE (likely since he signed my G-125 form... we got confused with this petitioner thingie) or approved... soon... I haven't got any limbs or digits left that I haven't crossed yet so if anybody is willing to volunteer their, it would be much appreciated

Thanks Kirsten. I don't have to tell you how stressful it is being so close and yet so far away from the approval. We really are in the same boat here, or should I say box?

I have no idea why would they work Saturday. After all they are just another government agency...unless they are trying to catch up But the date is definitely today's.

And I do believe we are in the same box... look around everybody around our dates are getting approved or touched (8th and 9th seem to be almost done with) so we must be close. Good luck to us all.

I just read another thread where a CSC filer got an approval notice email today, so perhaps its usual for them to work Saturdays??

Slightly I have been looking into the vaccine thing........i'm guessing I will have to get my daughter jabbed before the interview too?? Shes just turned 11 so that means coughing up for the super expensive HPV vaccine (about £130)

No, the age limit is 12+ over here and then there is a strict in-school program. I don't need it cos i'm too old! I'm going to see if I can get them at work though....I have had most things already as I work for the NHS.

I think your daughter is ok, I dont think they require people as young as 11 to get the vaccine, i think I read somewhere it was needed for individuals 14 to 26 or something like that.
