Another one for your September 08 K1 VSC list Leigh. We sent it on the 2nd but to date we don't even have a record that it was received! And the cheque has not been cashed yet. We are just hoping that they've received the petition.

Wishing everybody speedy resolution to their immigration nightmare :-).

its not really my screen name . my screen name was tenderheart but i was playing and some how i changed it to hot guy now it says that i can't change it back to tenderheart before a year so you can call me tenderheart or HG

On September 2, 2008, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

NOA1 hard copy received: September 6th

Days til my hubby arrives: 2 MANY!!!!!!!

Well I hope you all get yours soon! I don't want to be alone... but I do like being first (lol). But yes, lets pray no RFEs and a fast processing. The quote I posted before is what it had on the website when I registered my case with the USCIS case status online. I didn't see anything about touched though. Anybody know where you can see that- it just said case pending.
