I sended in mine 24th September and still nothing yet, no check cashed nor NOA1.

Its my 2nd time i send it in, lol I hope it dosn't goes wrong again....

7/31/2008 - Sended I-129F to VSC (lost in mail).

9/24/2008 - Resended I-129F to VSC (*sigh* lost again).

10/30/2008 - Resended again I-129F to VSC.

11/11/2008 - NOA1

03/09/2009 - RFE received

03/11/2009 - Returned RFE

05/23/2009 - Recieved 2nd RFE

08/05/2009 - Denied. Besides that he turns out to be a total jerk. Case ended.

Well our cheque was cashed and NOA1 sent 14 Oct 08. Seems a while after when they received it but at least it's on its way.

Well our cheque was cashed and NOA1 sent 14 Oct 08. Seems a while after when they received it but at least it's on its way.

Still nothing here.. *sigh*

My fiance will hopefully call uscis today and find out what is happening..

I will go crazy if we need to send in 3rd petition!!!

Its getting really frustrating. We started out 31th July, got told to resend it by uscis, we did that 24th September and i'm going to send him my informations tomorrow, so we will prob. end up being November filer, bad luck i guess :(

This time.. Nothing must go wrong, he will pay double double by using fedex, i want tracking number and everything LOL, not saving any money on that this time!

Wish us luck.. Don't they say that 3rd time is the lucky number lol.

OMG Shanira are you still waiting too? WOW!!! Same here....Im glad I'm not the only one that was suppose to be a July filer....Our lawyer is absolutely pathetic...We wont get our money back which I am not too concerned anymore...We just wanna get this paperwork over and done with so we're starting our THIRD set of petition but this time - we will be doing it ourselves...Our lawyer had sent the petition in the second time at the start of October and my fiance had called the USCIS and they said that they still havent received anything yet! We are beyond frustrated! I'll be seeing my fiance in less than 4 weeks so that's the only thing keeping me sane right now...havent been on VJ for a while because I was so annoyed about the whole thing so yeah....bumped down to November filer...

ROC Journey:-

05.11.2012 -- mail I-751 packet

05.14.2012 -- Packet arrived @ VSC

xx.xx.2012 -- Check Cashed

05.15.2012 -- NOA1 dated 05.15.2012

05.31.2012 -- Biometric notice date

06.27.2012 -- Biometrics Taken

01.23.2013 -- Card Production Ordered.

01.28.2013 -- 10 Year Green Card Received

Just to make sure we're on the same page here, trying to help yah! Are you positive you're using the correct mailing address? I mean there are two, one for regular mail at the PO Box and one for overnight mail which is a physical address (what I used)?

Hey Sept Filers!

I misunderstood how an RFE works... I thought that when they receive your case that they check if you have everything and then if you do they send you the NOA1 and if you dont then you get an RFE....I just realized that you can get an RFE anytime between NOA1 to NOA2. I was just wondering how worried some of us are about getting an RFE? I put as much evidence as possible and I think everything I sent was in order... It just sucks that besides waiting for any news we might be shocked to get bad news like an RFE. I hate this process.

I wouldn't worry about it. The RFE usually comes JUST before you get approved, and once you send back the information they ask for, it takes another 10 days or so. (aprox of course)

And the order doesn't matter either. As soon as it gets there, it's all put into one of their folders and split into the sections that they want it in. As long as you have everything they're looking for, you'll be fine.
