2nd white paper !!! What to do???

I submited my request paper this afternoon. Wait for 2 hours. The CO assistance handed to me this white paper again (2nd time)

I don't understand what do they ask. They keep all paper that I submited. And all the evidence (our photographs, my tickets, including current fly, my emails, almost every thing I have) please help !!!! I am so nervous and confuse. Blank mind, can't even type more .... :crying:

I'm so sorry.

The CO is recommending that they send your case back to the USCIS. You should contact ME right away if you haven't done so already so your case doesn't get sent back to the US. Once they send the case back it could be years before they adjudicate it.

CR-1 Visa

I-130 Sent : 2006-08-30

I-130 NOA1 : 2006-09-12

I-130 Approved : 2007-01-17

NVC Received : 2007-02-05

Consulate Received : 2007-06-09

Interview Date : 2007-08-16 Case sent back to USCIS

NOA case received by CSC: 2007-12-19

Receive NOIR: 2009-05-04

Sent Rebuttal: 2009-05-19

NOA rebuttal entered: 2009-06-05

Case sent back to NVC for processing: 2009-08-27

Consulate sends DS-230: 2009-11-23

Interview: 2010-02-05 result Green sheet for updated I864 and photos submit 2010-03-05

APPROVED visa pick up 2010-03-12

POE: 2010-04-20 =)

GC received: 2010-05-05

Processing

Removal of Conditions Journey:

2010-5-23 : sent I-751

2010-5-28 : received NOA1

2010-7-21 : called USCIS- received a reference number.

2010-9-08 : biometrics

2010-9-28 : approval.

2010-10-04: Got card.

Naturalization N-400 Journey:

2011-5-31: N-400 sent

2011-7-25: Biometrics

2011-9-14: Pass Interview

2011-9-28: Oath. U.S Citizen. Done

There are a few people who have had their cases sent back, but eventully they got visas. There is always hope.

there is always a hope, sorry for that but I hope you keep doing what you have done, keep in touch with your fiance, keep all the record.... always a light at other end of the tunel

I still keep trying my best while I still in VN. K3 is not easy case to get visa. We will go for CR-1.

If all hopes fail, then go for the CR1. That was exactly what we did.
