What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

Only after marriage and greencard or EAD has been received.

YMMV

Just to be clear the children need to have been issued an EAD card or I-551 stamp or card to be assigned a work authorized SSN.

Probably will need to apply with IRS to issued them ITINs come tax time, since it's a waste of money to get 10 and 12 year old children EAD cards and I assume it going to take more than 6 months for the AOS to be complete.

I went to the social security office and was refused an SSN card for my daughter after her arrival on a K2, even though her mother has already adjusted status. The guy tried and said their system will not take the information. He told me she needs to AOS first and then we can try again.

I agree that we will need to get her an ITIN for tax time as we haven't filed the AOS for her yet.
