Hello Everyone,

We have been building a new house over the past year and we expect to be moving into it before the end of September (Woooohooo). I am in the process of putting my paperwork together for the I-751 and I we hope to be mailing it in within the week. I would like to use our new address rather than the one we are currently living at. We are able to receive mail at both address right now but we will eventually be selling this house.

Is there something I need to fill out to let know USCIS know we have or will be moving and will it be okay to use the new address (even though we are not living at it yet) as I don't want to have to put in a change of address in mid-stream of the I-751 as that sounds like a something that could get screwed up somewhere in the chain.

Also, do I need to have two passport style photos for the I-751?

Thank you in advance.

For one unless you are living overseas no need PP pics.

I'd submit AR-11 online and if sponsor is spouse submit the I-865 via snail mail also.
