Favorite carnival/fair food

They didn't have mini doughnuts here. Hubby was saddened. Maybe it is a Canadian thing? Or a West Coast thing? I don't think I have ever seen them at any fairs or carnivals here in the Northeast.

'Nawlins is known for "beignets", which are sold @ Atlanta Underground.

My favorites are elephant ears(like funnel cake but one big piece) with the powdered sugar, mmm. And caramel apples. Corn dogs too, and cotton candy. I haven't had any of those in a long time.

Fair food rocks. I think the county fair around here is next week, I better look it up. I love funnel cakes (looks like we all do) and the roasted corn on the cob. and who can pass up a good corn dog?

Elotes! I have yet to try one. I'm told they're really good though!

My vote is for funnel cake. But I can never finish the whole thing without feeling BLEH!
