If you know what precedence means, you'll notice how "rights" are (and have been) being changed without amending the constitution. So indeed "rights" are just "privileges", because they can be taken away at the swipe of a pen.

I was going through the new naturalization test - and question 51 was interesting.

What are two rights of everyone living in the United States?

Seeing how illegal immigrants live in the US (albeit illegally), do they have a right to bear arms as well?

These rights apply to LEGAL CITIZENS of the United States,not illegal immigrants.This is my opinion.But I'm sure you'll find tons of advocacy groups that will say these rights are for them also.
