Post office is the cheapest way to send stuffs anywhere in the world.

But steve_maria is correct. It might take a little while before it reaches the recipient.

I sent my husband and mom in law a little package last Christmas. I sent it 2 weeks before Christmas and

it arrived a day after Christmas.

if its just shirts and there aren't important documents. Post office is good to go!
