Does belonging to the exclusive club make up for the moral and ethical mistakes? Well, in terms of how she views herself as this ritous and upright citizen. I am not a fan of the idea of affairs, it seems like a weak mindset, to have sex with someone just because you can. However, I don't think it's a yardstick of one's abilility to make political decisions.

The Enquirer has done it before. Assuming this story proves to be both true and provable (I have doubts on the latter), it won't be the first time.

Evidently those who think affairs are something to challenge a good Presidency aren't Democrats. Bill Clinton and John Edwards are assailed for it. However, a handful of our best Presidents had affairs, so.. yeah. There goes that theory.

I agree Palin having sex with someone else shouldn't be in play -- but certain ####### made it an issue before, just like the "experience" issue, and should be having the #### shoveled back at them for it.
