Hi,

I am married to a USC and soon will file I-130 and I-485 concurrently.

I am doing the final review of the documentations and have a question.

There are some documents that are required for a couple of different forms. For example, copy of my visa is required for I-130, I-765, I-485, and I-131.

Do I need to include 4 different copies with each form (so creating like a small packet for each form), or can I just include one copy?

Thank you very much for your advice in advance.

Treat each application/petition as if they are to "standalone". It is possible that some of your applications (I-765, I-131, I485/I-130) will be given to more than one adjudicator. If that happens then they will be unable to render a decision due to missing information...

YMMV

Agree with above replies - each form needs to have its own separate set of evidence, even if that means providing multiple copies of the same document.

Good luck!

Thank you guys!

So, I am filing I-485 and I-130 concurrently, which requires G-325A for both. Should I submit 2 sets of G-325A for each form, too?

You will provide a complete set of the 4 part g325a form for you and your spouse with the I-130 and a complete set of the 4 part G-325a form for yourself for the I-485 (one for the USC spouse not needed).

YMMV

Yes, the only difference between the sets (each 4 pages) is the answer in section "This form is submitted in connection with an application for:"

For the G-325A that goes with I-485, you check box "Status as permanent resident"

For the G-325A that goes with I-130, you answer "Other" and specify "I-130 petition". Your spouse does the same on his/her G-325A.

Hope this helps.
