From Brazilian to American :-)

Hi there, I'm Vinnie, from Brazil, 25 years old... Been living in the states since 1998, 10-Year green card holder since 2001, travelled a lot, now settling down to do my citizenship papers before my 10Y card expires... Hoping to apply sometime in November to December 2008... Hopefully by then the process will be more streamlined... Now, two questions: Should I send my application via FedEx or should just get it registered in the mail with a receipt certificate?
