Hi

I don't know what to put for the USCSI office in the question 22 of section C.

I am applying for AOS in from the US, so I know I have to put something.. but I though all the AOS were to be send in Chicago? IS it this adresse I should write down?

(PS: I love in Houston, TX)

THanks for your help!

Which form? I-130? if so then:

C (22) - Nearest USCIS office for your address. You can find it on uscis.gov site by ZIP code

And yes, you send this form to Chicago

The Chicago address is just a lock-box used for sorting. They do not process anything there, they simply forward to proper offices.

If you are adjusting from other than a K1 visa, you most probably will have an interview, which will be held at your local office (the one you put down on the I-130), and your application will be adjudicated at the local office, so eventually you will have to deal with them.

10-Apr-08...Filing date for I-130/AOS/EAD/AP

02-May-08...Biometrics

31-Jul-08...EAD Card received

15-Sep-08...Interview (APPROVED)

27-Sep-08...GC received

03-Aug-10...Filed I-751 (Removal of Conditions)

06-Aug-10...NOA 1-yr Extension Letter

10-Sep-10...Biometrics

02-Dec-10...ROC approved! (Card production ordered)
