Hi there. We are hoping to get the NOA2 soon and we want to get prepared.

Is there someone who can enumerate to me complete details what my fiance' should send aside from the form I-134? ( stupid question :innocent: , ofcse there is someone there who can give me details :bonk: wahahahaha! )

All necessary supporting documents? All need to be notarized?

Anything shared will be highly appreciated. :help:

Thanks in advance.

I-134 is the only thing that needs to be notorzied.

Letter from employer...check stubs. If he meets the requirements you dont need bank statements or letter from bank..or proof of assets.

It's all in the guides (link above) but you'll want to check with the PI folks to get the Consulate specific requirements.

Exactly! I've read those requirements, just making sure from those who've done this and succeed! So, if he has employment cert, Income tax return (how many years, btw?) and pay stubs (how many?), he won't need his bank statement anymore?

Just making sure :star:

Thanks !

The bank statements are not needed if he qualifies on income alone and is not using assets.

Here is what we sent with the I-134:

- 6 months of paystubs

- 3 years of tax returns and W-2s

- letter of employment

Mama to 2 beautiful boys (August 2011 and January 2015)
