I'm starting to think those dates mean very little anyway...now processing AP's received 12 days after mine. How difficult can an AP to process...its a 1 page form and by far the least amount of info for any kind of application.

Where do you find the dates for MSC? On the USCIS website I can only see the dates for California, Nebraska, Texas and Vermont.

Yes, I also think that this dates doesn't mean a lot. I see people's timelines and all of this seems to be quite random sometimes, it is hard to figure out any rules how they process it.

And I always thought that I-765 is processed by local office. I wonder what kind of work permits local offices process - anybody knows?

06 December 2005 - entered US on tourist visa

08 February 2006 - got married

06 March 2006 - 15 March 2006 - medical exam done

15 March 2006 - I-485 package sent to Chicago Lockbox

21 March 2006 - USCIS received papers

24 March 2006 - notice date for I-130,I-485,I-765 (28 March 2006 - received NOA for I-130,I-485,I-765)

01 April 2006 - I-130, I-485, I-765 touched

06 April 2006 - Notice date for biometrics appointment (received on 13 April 2006)

29 April 2006 - Biometrics done

sigh. Charleston's dates haven't moved in the past 3 months.

August 30, 2005 - AOS, , AP applications mailed to Chicago Lockbox

September 9, 2005 - NOA's for AOS, AP, (dated Sept. 1)

November 28, 2005 - AOS biometrics - refused EAD biometrics at the same time

December 5, 2005 - AP approved

December 7, 2005 - Infopass appointment for interim EAD

December 12, 2005 - Received EAD card

December 13, 2005 - Received AP

June 14, 2005 - Case Status Inquiry/Tracer

June 19, 2005 - Letter sent to congressman

AOS INTERVIEW SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 8, 2006

AOS approved - August 8th, 2006 - hooray - done with USCIS for now!

GREENCARD RECEIVED - August 18, 2006
