Today we got the Bio Metrics paper work for our AOS paper work. We also got papers for the EAD and for the Advanced parole for travel ! It is great news to see that things are moving along faster ! So we are getting to closer. Just wanted to update and encourage everyone ! God Bless Chuck and Teresa

When you recieve the Green card how long is it good for ! Thanks for responding our post ! Chuck and Teresa

My green card is good for 2 years. I read that if you are married for less than 2 years you will be getting a Conditional green card. Hope you will have a fast process on your AOS :star:

On the day the GC is approved, if:

Marriage less than 2 yrs old = 2 yr. conditional card

Marriage greater than 2 yrs old = 10 yr. permanent card

YMMV
