K3 approved CR1 on way to Embassy -help

Wife's K3 was in AP over 2 months now visa is issued. While K-3 was in AP, CR1 case moved forward to NVC and an Embassy case number was assigned. DS3032 and I864 fee are paid and mailed. DS230 fee is paid. Question: Can wife enter US on K3 visa and come back to Thailand for CR1 interview and issuance of CR1 visa? Or does enter on k3 prevent CR1 interview?

I believe you're on K3 visa already. Just disregard the Cr1 visa.
