I-130 - I-129F I am confused

Can someone please explain the following:

Why is it that VSC is processing I-129F (K3) for July 3rd And mind didnt even get touched for which the Receive date is June 2nd?

If NVC processes K3 (129F) by when they received 1-130, than why do I see K3 being approved for July 3rd? When at the sametime they are processing Feb I-130.

Oh and one more thing - How do we know that I-130 and I-129F have been merged?

Am I the only one confused here?:angry::wacko:

First 2 questions...

All USCIS timelines are government BS. They have to put in something...but it's not reality.

When thinking of USCIS, think "Maybe tomorrow, maybe 4 to 8 weeks, maybe never, there is no pattern".

Once you accept this, you will be able to breathe better.

We can usually tell that the I-129f and I-130 petitions have merged, if there is a TOUCH shortly after NOA1 on I-129f

Nope you're not the only one confused here...actually you're probably not confused at all.

You lived an honest life, paid your taxes, got married, filled out all the paperwork...and THEY are still keeping you away from your spouse.

Nope, you're not confused...just angry as all get out...like the rest of us.

Good luck on your journey....may you enjoy the new year united with your spouse.

There's an automated notification system.

Whenever a file is "touched" on their main system, it triggers an action to update the date on the database that holds/displays the website data.

If you have subscribed to email updates on your USCIS petition, you will receive email notification of your approval, days before you receive the letter in the mail.
