I got curious so if i may ask a question

Why did you apply for K1 then if you know that you are still married?

This will have BIG EFFECT in your next application.

Congrats to you and Yazi and the daughter. It was a long ROC for us too Roy! We filed in July and got the 10 year green cards earlier this month. We will take a couple year break from it and then apply for Citizenship for Ruchie and Mathew. We are probably going to go for Dual Citizenship. Best of luck to you and the family!!!

The song says it all!!!

we filed a couple of weeks after you and received our green cards a couple of weeks after you. the process was the same for both of us, as slow as cold molasses...

I understand about the molasses.... Roy, I think the K-2 side of our petition slowed things down to a crawl.... I can't figure out why it was that way? It is what it is.... 41EQeIh%2Bw8L._SL500_AA300_.jpg
