I know... It's been a long time, really. Well, it seems like I will be visiting VJ again frequently. I already started looking at the removing of conditions paperwork. I know it's early but I already got questions posted... LOL. I'm almost half-way through, which is a good thing. By summertime, all we got to do is mail it. Yeah!
