i feel so bad right now..

i talked to this girl @ YM whoose from VJ too, shes from paranaque.

she was so mean when we talked, i never expected her to act like so.

she even called me probinsiyana and a b!tch..

i feel bad about the whole thing

she has not been interviewed yet but she acting so mean and arrogant..

im sorry guys if i had to vent this out to you..

i just feel bad about people who act superior just because they're NOT from the province

kahit promdi kami (cebu)..my parents never taught us to be mean to people from manila, bohol or paranaque..

she even told me "nangangarap ako ng magandang buhay"..

i hope shes reading this post..

i really dont wanna brag but i just wanna defend myself kahit dito lang sa OT:

look alexkat,

i NEVER dreamt of having a better life when i married my husband (filipino din)

to be honest, my life in pinas was great..

i have people do things for me..

i came here in america for the 1st time when i was in elementary..

so please dont brand me as a gold-digging probinsiyana ####### coz im not

america is nice but its NOT all dreamland..

people here work hard to earn good,

if you let your arrogance beat your character, i doubt you'll get along with people from here..

even filipinas

if youre a nurse,

im a nurse back there too but when i got here, im not, and thats gonna be the same in your case

i dont need any apology..(coz i know youd not even thing about that)

but please, be human..

even if im a probinsiyana, im filipina and i have feelings..

VJ Member's don't be so biased on what her story tells us. I know this girl and she is so nice, really really nice, she also has chatmates who is also probinsyana like me but we didnt came fighting to the end. Maybe because you also hurt her feelings s well and maybe because you are the one who is being arrogant in the first place thats why she got angry and told you things like that. Better have an insight of what happened between the two of you ending up like that. Asked your conscience... Nobody will react that way if you didnt hurt her feelings as well. She's a nice girl and i've been chatting to her so many times and really helped me a lot through our journey by sharing her knowledge that she learned here in Visa Journey.

Okey..stop this nonsense and welcome to america.. I am sure this is a big misunderstanding..

we all have to work together.. now,.if both sides feel bad both sides should apologize..

and one more thing..both of you are right in the first place..and one more advice,. when you get to america,#1 do not be arrogant because everyone here is equal, #2 you should not be embarass of where you came from you should be proud of it, you will know what i am talking about when you get here america is a diverse country...#3 this is a land of the free so it is through freedom of speech... say anything you want.. complains are always welcome.. #4 Tan ladies are considered beautiful here in america so I thank my filipina ancestry... #5 just b real and don't be plastic and you will all be fine... again you all welcome to america..

announcement: i am exited for my husband's interview..god bless to all

GOLDEN RULE: "Do not do unto others what you do not want others do unto you"

I feel so sad that most of our kababayans and other probinsyana "im not speaking to all of the probinsyana, coz i am also a probinsyana" na hawag masyado mayabang at magmayabang porket nakatungtong na sa AMERICA. Madami ako naririnig na reklamo to most of our fellow filipinos sa states. They are telling me na mas mababait pa yng mga kano kaysa sa mga kababayan natin na matagal na sa America. Akala mo daw kng sinong umasta. Again.. di ko nilalahat. Bato bato sa langit, ang tamaan wag magagalit!

Ang hindi marunong lumingon sa pinaggalingan ay hindi makakarating sa paroroonan...

i am not trying to win any sympathy raissa..

and i guess you're the one being bias right now with all due respect,

maybe you've heard her side, but have you asked me about the ENTIRE story "MY SIDE" (as i guess you wanna call it)

do you know me..

get to know me and you will understand why i'm so upset...

im not as bad as you think i am, but still, i know i can never please everyone

but still thank you, for saying out your piece..

but let me tell you, ever since i touched american lands, i have never been ashamed of my ethnicity..

i have never denied to anybody my being filipina, i have never americanize myself in any way

i do look back with great respect towards my roots,

you ought to know that..

this will probably my LAST post regarding this issue,

if she was hurt, as you have mentioned,

i apologize

but DOES SHE KNOW I WAS HURT FIRST?

i guess not..

i rest my case..

Seems that you really have a problem when it comes to Humbleness... I read some of your post even the post with candid witch. Try to be humble not "HAMBOG" or in other word... "MAYABANG" :)

I copied and paste this through one of your post:

i really don't wanna be a killjoy when this whole issue brings laughs to your faces. with all due respect, give everyone a break. the whole regional section (PI) members are pissed off with this whole childish stuff. aren't we all grown ups here?...this whole arguement thingy is taking a lot of PRECIOUS SPACE. instead of mocking people around, saying awful childish comments amongst each other and wasting YOUR PRECIOUS TIME giving thumbs up to very silly comments, why don't we read some post where members need help, that where we should give "our comments" and post some thumbs up...

Forums exist to help members, though i'm new at VJ, i am a member of another immigration forum..which i must point out, never had any petty arguements such as this. we all should be civilized enough to prevent posting comments(though not POINTING a finger - but CLEARLY points out WHO) such as this. PM option exist to address this concern. that's why if you noticed on your member's menu, you can FREELY send a person a message. this whole thing is scalous and what it makes it even more scandalous are people who don't have anything to do but add wood to the fire.

keeping comments to yourslef or better yet confronting the person through PM is better done than publicly humilating people on forums such as this. you maybe be lucky now (considering some are in US - or heading there soon) but luck fades when you abuse it. plus, don't you think it's kinda hypocrite to call out the name of god to guide you in your visa journey when after all you're hurting outher people's feeling knowing "god doesn't like it"? lol..ask yourselves..

who knows, i guess KARMA might just be around the corner

hi sa inyong dalawang may kunting arguments,

honestly i dont read this thread kasi i concentrate more about reading the topics, then just recently i got curious and so i opened the last page of this thread...and i was surprised to know may nag aaway pala dito...thats not nice.

i hope theres no arguments or no fight here coz we are all filipino here..pati ba naman sa forum may awayan...omg.hehheheh.

and you know what raissa i think a person isnt hypocrite to call out the name of God for guidance even that person hurt other's feelings buti nga alam nya pa may God..and wala namang taong perfect.

Manahimik na ang mga nag aaway and lets just swallow our pride here..pride lang yan.

God bless you.

Johnson & Johnson guaranteed that someone personally tested each rectal thermometer before releasing them...

100% Personal inspection of rectal thermometer...:rofl::rofl::wacko:

When you have a "I hate My Job" day, try this...

On your way home from work, stop at your pharmacy and go to the thermometer section and purchase a rectal thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson.

Be very sure you get this brand.

When you get home, lock your doors, draw the curtains and disconnect the phone so you will not be disturbed. Change into very comfortable clothing and sit in your favourite chair. Open the package and remove the thermometer.

Now, carefully place it on a table or a surface so that it will not become chipped or broken.

Now the fun part begins.

Take out the literature and read it carefully. You will notice that in small print, there is a statement:

"Every Rectal Thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson is personally tested."

Now, close your eyes and repeat out loud five times,

"I am so glad I do not work in Thermometer quality control at Johnson & Johnson."

HAVE A NICE DAY AND REMEMBER, THERE IS ALWAYS

SOMEONE ELSE WITH A JOB....

THAT IS MORE OF A PAIN IN THE #### THAN YOURS.

Thanks Roy! It makes me appreciate my job a whole lot more now... Wouldn't want to be the Quality Control tester for Johnson & Johnson,,,,:unsure:
