All of the forms on this site are really helpful, however, I noticed there was a DS 230 part 2 Sworn Statement asking if you wanted a SSN. Of course, I want a SSN and I noticed on that form there's also another area you need to leave to fill out before the Consular Officer. This form was not included in my Packet 3. Are these forms also to be filled out and sent away or brought to your interview? I'm really confused.

Everything in packet 3 should be all we need right? Makes sense.....

Thanks for your help everyone!!! :star:

Yeah...the SSN is kind of strange...how much can you "live" in the US without an SSN?

As for DS-230 Pt2, that should be at the Embassy waiting for you. But to be sure...you can always print out a full DS-230 and fill out everything

except the signature on Pt2.

congrats and good luck.
