I do not see were anyone got approvals out of CSC or VSC wow!!! People must have taken an extra day off :whistle::whistle:

I married my love on 12/24/07

I filed for the I 130 on 1/23/08

Receipt number recevied 2/13/08

Paperwork sent to Guangzhou on 1/23/09

Interview 5/21/09 PASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visa 5/23/09

POE 6/2/09

Home 6/3/09

FILED I-751

SENT PAPERWORK 3/8/11

NOA-1 3/10/11

BIOMETERICS 4/29/11

That is frustrating but you are almost done with USCIS.

Its crazy that they looked at your case on Sept. 1st - isn't it?

Same here I also got touched on 9/1/08 and no touch today, but today I got phone call from my wife I don't know if that can be count as touch. Rmusic

to say that im disappointed is an understatement. i am extremely frustrated about this. i was looking forward to approvals for transferees today but nothing. in fact, my case hasnt been touched since aug 27. whats up?

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

well just now, i learned that my husband got a hard copy in the mail saying its with csc. and its for premium processing, whats does this mean?

it says case transferred aug26. i got a touch aug27. and then nothing. but husband says he got hard copy saying its with csc.

Yes, Sasha I got my hard copy on Friday. So we are all pending at CSC. The next thing we can expect to is get the approval and then we are off to NVC. Start getting everything ready for NVC. It will give you time to make sure every little thing is correct and ready to send as soon as they want your DS 230 I-864 3032 and always your money. :dance::dance::dance:
