Just got off the phone with DOS and they said our case was shipped out of NVC to London on August 19th, 2008....why has London supposedly not received it yet?!?!?!:angry: I don't understand as supposedly according to DHL it should be there already unless our case went missing somewhere!

Dang I am trying to plan a wedding here and this makes it so dang hard

Sunny, email them on this addy: LondonConsular@state.gov

You will receive a reply telling you that your email was deleted without being read, but that's not the case. They will read it, and reply within a few days. Remember to quote your LND number though, and put something formal in the subject matter line.

Oh Sunnybear, You and I are STUCK in exactly the same boat!

Mine was shipped 19 August and still not at London. I think they are sitting on that whole batch (didn't someone say it was a 9lb packet?)

I emailed them on Saturday after the people at the Embassy call centre gave me the "special code". I have not heard back from them, but will let you know if I do.

It has been 46 days since my approval and my wedding is supposed to be in 89 days... I don't think I'm going to make it... :crying:

It takes them awhile to get the packages to the right buildings and log your case in I think. DOS wouldn't know it was there until London worked on it is my guess. Maybe they took holiday in August and are only half working. Monday was an American holiday so they were closed I guess. It ought to be soon. Just call DOS every day and they will know once P3 has been mailed, but I don't think before.

SunnyBear...can you help this guy out? Do you know how to get more info from USCIS when your case gets delayed a long time. Here's the post. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;#entry2175870

He's a March filer like me and Bex and is about the only one from March not approved yet.

Sure will check it out! Although I didn't really have much success seeing how my case took 204 days to be approved!

Oh just read the thread and they are held up as far as their case getting to NVC...mine was held up BEFORE NOA2 so I have no idea what to tell them on why it is taking long to get to NVC.
