WHAT WILL I DO I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY WIFE'S VISA,ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW,,WHAT WILL I DO,,NEED ANSWER PLS....

First of all, no one can help you because no one knows what you're talking about. All you said in your post was youre waiting for a visa. WHERE are you in the process? You don't give us any information, and you don't have your timeline filled in, so we have no idea what you've been waiting two months for...

If you want help, provide necessary information.

We'd love to help, but you've got to provide more information as oppose to just typing "what do I do, we're waiting for the visa for two months". If you're waiting for the NOA 2 after you filed your I-129f then 2 months waiting period is no time at all, and you've got a LOT more waiting ahead of you.

If you're waiting for your interview for 2 months, that's normal as well.

No one knows what you're waiting for, so specify. :)

Hi Abetu!

I'm sorry to hear about your family's situation. But don't ever try to lose hope and give up just because the visa was taking so long to arrive. My sister happened to her like that as well. It became stressful to her back then. Waiting and waiting everyday to receive her and her baby's visa. It took a little while but then it somehow arrived at the unexpected moment. What my sister did. She asked her husband to make a follow-up call regarding their visa every week. Finally they released their visa and they left the following month.

Don't ever give up because you already provided the embassy everything they needed from you and your family. In fact, your wife already passed the medical and interview. So if waiting for the visa is the only lacking in the picture. Then cheer up, lad! You and your family is just a one more step away from reuniting. Just look at the bright side! Once your wife have their visa on hand... you'll be living happily ever after.

I missed my parents, too! I missed them so much! I haven't seen them in 7 years. I couldn't get to US through their petition because I'm already over age for them to file a petition for me. I have to get there in another way. So you see, your situation is way much better than mine. I'm not losing hope at all. I always believe that we will be together again in the right time and in the right place. And yes! I am coming soon and I can't wait to hug and kiss them.

Take care always and be strong and be optimistic!

That's much more clear. Have you spoken to anyone at the Embassy? Was your wife given any papers after the interview? This long, I'm wondering if she's in name check AP but they should be saying so, if this is the case. I would contact the Embassy and see what the hold up is. You might have to get a Senator or Congressperson involved in your case. Perhaps they can email the Embassy and find out what is delaying the issuance of your wife's visa.

You're applying for a K-3 as well, not a K-1. You might have better luck finding out information about this by going to the Regional Forums.
