hi everybody

my friend wants to bring her mother from jordan by tourist visa i told her about this website so she asked me if you guys can help her .she is citizen .

any information would be very helpfull especialy if someone already went trought that . what forms needed . what documents . if there is a websites where i can find all the information about visa tourist for citizen parents

What country is she citizen of? What is your INS status? Are you the US petitioner or beneficary? Sorry but from these I can help you more! But generally, you need to send her a letter of invitation stating that you want her to vist you from this date to this date. It should also have your address, birthdate, passport number as well as hers'. It should state that you will take financial, legal and medical responsibity for her during the stay and that she will be residing with you at your home during the stay. Notarized it and sent it to her. From there she needs to go the embassy, fill out the Bvisa forms there, pay the fee and wait ... when she gets it then and only then buy the ticket! she is american citizen . and she is gonna be the petitioner . i dont know what is the INS statut..

she wants to know what papers she needs to send to her mother with the invitation letter . like bank account statements ? and what else ?

It's the American Embassy in Jordan's website. I couldn't get on it to find what you're looking for because my internet is so slow at home right now.

We did this for my husbands mother. It was very easy from Egypt.

Its a non immigrant visa. As Olivia said go to the US embassy site in Jordan. Apply and we did not need 2 send support information. They just wanted 2 know who my mother in law was visiting and why. She needed a copy of my passport and my husbands too. That was it. She was scheduled for interview about 30 days after applying and after her interview she was granted a 5 year visa.
