Ok I keep checking all with similar timelines to ours but hopefully we could maybe just post here once we or future spouse got packet 3's from London Embassy here....

Our approval was on 8/8/08 with it supposedly arriving in London on 8/21/08....we are still waiting for P3 to show....

It took 9 days from the Embassy receiving ours to us getting packet 3. I'm sure it'll be there sometime this week. You can call DOS at 202-663-1225 then option 1 then option 0 to talk to someone. Give them your London case number and I'm sure they'll be happy to tell you if Packet 3 has been sent, when they received it back from you and then when your interview is.

Took 10 days for it to get to my doorstep from London - and it only took that long because they didn't use the postcode. Sunny, has Gareth changed addresses since you originally filed? It's just that I changed address whilst the process was ongoing, informed the relevant authority, but P3 still turned up at my old address. That a possibility?

Nope no change of address...he had his flat address and then his Mums in past 30 years of his life and that is it. We had his Mums down for all mailing purposes though since that is where he is living again now.

DOS has not said officially London has our stuff yet though they said that the 19th they received the electronic file...but then supposedly according to DHL tracking they received a bunch there I think on the 19th and the 21st....

SO just waiting.........

Our petition was approved on the 28th of July by VSC, so we kept calling the NVC to see if it had been received yet and they kept telling us "No", however I then received packet 3 on the 11th of August with the envelope having a post date mark of August 8th 2008. It seems strange to us that NVC never had a record of receiving our case even when my fiancee called on the 8th of August! She finally got a letter from them on the 13th of August stating our case had been sent on to the US Embassy in London. In the end though things have got sorted and I hope all of you still waiting will hear something soon!!!
