Do you mean you agree with points 1 & 2 or that you believe them to be true? Point one is just flat out incorrect. The vast majority of sponsors are male & thus the vast majority of those seeking a visa are female. To say this is due to bias has no basis in fast. Point 2 just seems like prejudice on the OP's behalf... again baseless.

This guy is correct if you google 9 FAM 42.41 N1 you will find out that "Unless consul have specific,substantial evidence of either misrepresentation on the petition process or have facts not known to DHS at the time of approval,consul generally would have no reason to deny petition and return to DHS.

I agree with the guy on this one but not on all his reasons.This memo was dated 09/26/2008.I bet the "establishing relationship between petitioner and beneficiary" code has been abused so much by CO's since I read complains that applicants have submitted all documents requested and still gets denied or put on AR for a long time
