I read a secret USCIS memo that confirms everything the OP said. It's absolutely true.

The same memo also indicated that Area 51 is used to house a special kind of illegal alien.

I heard the alien in Area 51 had his visa denied out of racism... the interviewer wanted to maintain a high percentage of whites & the alien would skew the numbers.

  made my morning

I have been told during the interview that white people are priority for a Green Card at least here in Texas. And the woman who interviewed us told that there is some sort of unwritten rule for that. Go figure.

Actually, I have no problem with points 1 and 2.

Do you mean you agree with points 1 & 2 or that you believe them to be true? Point one is just flat out incorrect. The vast majority of sponsors are male & thus the vast majority of those seeking a visa are female. To say this is due to bias has no basis in fast. Point 2 just seems like prejudice on the OP's behalf... again baseless.

i agree that points 1 and 2 are accurately stated, and that the reasons stated are valid.

historically, empires grew when they imported foreign women and killed or enslaved foreign men in their home ground. this occured in asia, the middle east, russian occupied areas, europe, africa, south america, etc. conversely, empires failed when foreign men were taken into society. bringing foreign men into society leads to disorder and rebellion against established law. we see this on the news daily. 90% of the persons on the FBI most wanted list for california are illegal alien (mostly mexican) men. 35% of people in federal prisons nationwide are illegal alien (mostly mexican) men. need i say more?

as a loyal American, i must choose what is right for my country. so bring in the foreign women for the benefit of hybrid vigour, and capitalise on the labour of foreign men in their home countries.

So you 'brought in a foreign woman' for 'the benefit of hybrid vigour '? Try that reason out on your next immigration interview-I'm sure they will be very eager to help you contribute to the nation's vigour....

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

A lot of the things stated seem unethical and immoral concerning current societal values. However, it was mentioned before and it is not new to people that study political science or international politics. The US is an empire (still) and tries to maintain that status by all means possible. Thus, probably most of it is (unfortunately) true.

This morning I listed a few 'ethical' reasons that CO's use to justify their unlawful visa denials to the Congressional offices. Now, I wish to give you the real reasons behind their apparently 'ethical' reasons. They can be generalized into 3 catagories:

1. Women in, men out - This is harder for a female petitioner to bring in a male beneficiary than it is for a male petitioner to bring in a female beneficiary, especially when CO is a male.

2. Racial reasons:

a. To strive to maintain white majority demographics in the US,

b. Avoid mixing white girls,

c. Give hard time to minority petitioners and minority couples.

3. Feminist reasons - A male petitioner married 2 or more times, or significantly older than beneficiary, or failed to disclose prior marriages, etc., especially when CO is a female.

Of course, CO's cannot state these reasons for visa denial, so what they do is, they falsify 'no proof of relationship' on papers. Proof of relationship had become such an abused basis for visa denials that in 2004, the DOS came up with the following regulations to try and put a stop to the abuse - guess they never figured out what was really going on.

The approval of a petition under INA 204 is considered to establish prima facie entitlement to status. The validitity of relationship between petitioner and the alien beneficiary is presumed to exist. Unless the consul has specific, substantial evidence, the consular officer would have no reason to return petition to DHS. 9 FAM § 42.41 N1 - Establishing Relationship between Petitioner & Alien Beneficiary.

ahhh, ok, so phew, I slipped by them. I'm the female petitioner and my man is brown.

Oh AND our CO was a man.

Actually you need to say much, much more. What are these statistics supposed to mean? As to this 90% number, I am sure that very few of the FBI's most wanted from Maine are illegal (mostly mexican) men. That is because the 90% number means nothing unless you compensate it for the fact that CA has a higher mexican male illegal population. Even if you do that, what does it prove? Need I say more? On to the 35% number. I question the validity of this number but even if it is true, what does it prove? That lots of illegal male mexicans are commiting federal crimes? You don't need to say more, you just need to say anything that isn't full of meaningless unbacked stastics.

I don't call this section of VJ General Troll for nothing.

Quit being baited in senseless arguments by posters who have not registered nor have a timeline.

They have no business here and the VJ mods should just eliminate this section from VJ.

It is degrading and serves no purpose to VJ.

Mods can you explain?
