Asked about Palin's credentials, Cindy McCain told ABC-TV's "This Week:" "The experience that she comes from is with what she's done in the government. And also, remember: Alaska is the closest part of our continent to Russia. So, it's not as if she doesn't understand what's at stake here."

Hey, and Alaska is right next door to Canada too - so she Must have lots of International experience - twice as much as the Governors of all of the other states right next door to Canada or the ones right next door to Mexico! I wonder how often she has crossed the Bering Strait? Maybe she met some of them out in the Aleutian Islands.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Believe it or not, Obama lived in Indonesia as a child so that makes him far more qualified. He lived in Hawaii and that's close to . . . ah . . .some other islands. He also gave speeches in Europe and played basketball in Afghanistan. Top that for solid foreign policy experience.

Well, at least Palin can no longer claim that abstinence-only sex education works. Her own family proves it doesn't!

maybe if Alaska was closer to Russia ... or is it .... Alaska farther away from Russia ... could have prevented her daughter from becoming pregnant

musta been a polar bear.
