you are right. it seems like we are fools to have submitted our applications in march. they seem to be approving the recent ones now.

i wish they would give me a logical reasoning to this coz it really disappointing to see others getting approved before me even when they have filed after me.

as of now i am just praying that they start approving all of us as per our filing time. no touch since may. why do they boast of being efficient.

I can understand your pain Wisdom. I was approved by the USCIS in April of this year and still have not gotten anything from the NVC after repeated attempts for information they have said they have no record of my application. Call the USCIS and let them know to send the information to the NVC again. Was the 5th time for that as of yesterday.

The whole efficiency thing is a crock. I've been in the process since March 13 of 2007. It's getting old and I would love to be able to yell at someone.

Just made a visit to IR1 forum. It seems that there were 2 approvals regarding IR1/CR1 from VSC since yesterday. That means they are at least working on something. One of them sent I-130 in January and other one sent in November 2007. It seems that they are clearing old cases. I really hope that they do this super fast and get to Feb/march filers.

If I can suggest to someone over there -- work 8 hours a day but just do 2 approvals. That's still 10 approvals/person/week. If they have 10 people working on K-3. That's 100 approvals/week - would be awesome to see this.

I really hope for some miracle between today and Monday so next week is a happy week for all of us Hope is the ultimate friend.

Yes you are right. Both of them were transfers. I didn't check additional timeline description in their signature but just on the side. Hmm...

Hi Guys,

I hate to say it, but I don't see any end in site with the backlog at vermont service center for the k3 Visas. You would think that they would make the process more transparent. Anyway, just venting. Its been 6 months now, man this is painful.

Congrats to those that have gotton there approvals.

Hey, dont u notice that cases with touches same date as mine 5/6, 5/7, 5/8 have not been approve yet, take a look on the spreadsheet here. Like couple hunny & hunnybunny; sirinaphia n scott; jeca n ivo, adri & michelle, wifey n hubby; rose n adams; sohel & khaleda; Marlo n Mitchell(thats me of course) & you too. I think our cases was assign to that same adjudicator who does'nt care those people who are waiting for approval for so long. This waiting situation is an ordeal, its sucks, my husband cannot concentrate anymore on his work, he's been losing weight becoz of separation anxiety. I'm worried about him, hes suffering so much & very lonely. On the 19th of this month our case will be 7 mos already. My friend here "pink" who filed later than us was approve last Jul 2 & will leave anytime this month to USA but shes lucky she's in CSC so the approval was fast. Im really hoping that this month miracles will happen to us, it will be our turn now. I hope too that whoever that adjucator assigned to us will work & approve all those who are waiting like us, he maybe sleeping in his desk. Til now we dont know really what will happen if it takes longer i maybe dead already. OMG.

I was last touched on 5/6 . There is something bad about us bunch. I hope they're gonna give us approvals all together and soon.!!!!! It's been almost 8 months since I applied. Now I wish I had gone CR1 route, those people are getting approvals, and its much better to wait with NVC then with USCIS. Atleast they work most of the times.
