Well, congratulations to the people approved in ONLY 3 months!!!

But what the heck was made with the box where the March filers are? I'm about to reach 6 months waiting! I WANT MY APPROVAL!!! :angry:

Our Immigration Timeline:

Form I-130 sent to Chicago - 03/18/08 (Case in VSC)

NOA 1 - 03/26/08

Updates - 04/01/08; 06/16/08; 06/17/08

NOA 2 - 01/23/09

NVC received papers - 01/30/09

NVC generated DS 3032 and AOS bill - 02/02/09

DS 3032 sent by e-mail and snail mail - 02/02/09

NVC replied my e-mail confirming my choice of agent - 02/06/09

AOS bill received - 02/07/09

AOS bill and IV bill paid online - 02/07/09

AOS and IV display the PAID message - 02/11/09

AOS and DS-230 packages sent - 02/11/09

Yea it sucks!! I hate the waiting!! I'm happy for those that get the okie dokie. I am a Feb filier and my wife is going crazy. I am patiently waiting, I am going to probably make a call at the end of this month just to check if I don't have the approval at that point.

But hey.....American Airlines loves me. I am a frequent flyer. I go to see my wife at least once a month. I sure can think of alot of other things to spend the money on though. Until then I will keep doing what I have to in order to keeps things afloat.

I am wishing approvals for ALL!! Too bad the people at VSC don't have to work like we all do.

Embassy called my wife and set appointment for 10-10-2008 to pick up paperwork.

10-20-2008 Interview at 12pm. APPROVED!!PICK UP VISA 10-21-2008 at 3 pm

I-485 AOS

07-21-2009 - Mailed via overnigt. They received 7-22-2009 and rejected the same day.

07-29-2009 - Received rejected I-485 in the mail. (Incorrect fee's)

07-30-2009 - Mailed corrected packet overnight, they received next day 7-31-09

08-03-2009 - Received NOA for I-485 and I-765.

08-10-2009 - Received Biometrics appointment letter. Appt is on 09-02-2009 (DONE) Easy

09-15-2009 - I-765 Approved, Card production ordered

10-20-2009 - I-485 Appt Set

10-20-2009 - APPROVED!! Fast and easy 10-15 min interview.

10-21-2009 - CRIS email. Card production ordered.

Hey all! I JUST GOT APPROVED!!!! First it was touched today, then I30 shortly approved after! 3 month long wait!

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

12.6.07: Paperwork filed to USCIS (after trouble w/lawyer)

2.29.08: I-129F Touch

3.13.08: I-130 NOA1

3.19.08: I-130 Touch

6.30.08: I-130 Touch!

9.3.08: I-130 NOA2!!!! (And weirdly, I-129F denial. Guess I'm going CR-1 route!)

Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! I got an e-mail today that 129F approval notice sent !!!!! Then I checked the USCIS site and my I130 also touched! :dancing:

I have been steeling myself for a wait of 8-12 months and purposely haven't paid much attention as to what I do next........I didn't want to be already with the next documents then get frustrated when nothing happened! So now what happens? I can't think straight!

Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! I got an e-mail today that 129F approval notice sent !!!!! Then I checked the USCIS site and my I130 also touched! :dancing:

I have been steeling myself for a wait of 8-12 months and purposely haven't paid much attention as to what I do next........I didn't want to be already with the next documents then get frustrated when nothing happened! So now what happens? I can't think straight!

CJ Vasani, you always so positive, but this time this dont help me,, we want now see action from VSC. We also wondering if Love4700 is a expedite case.

Week after week pass and after the last bunch with approval 11 august nothing much has happen.. I wish you all a good weekend. I plan now to book a ticket to Us and visit my husband in October, if I pass the immigration...
