I hope Booty and Jen feel better soon!

I felt scheisse all day and a sofa, but a bowl of soup and comfy Pjs sorted me out. :thumbs: Now I am back to the usual me.

they want me to switch shifts monday, whuich means i'm gonna have to wake up at 430 monday, like #######? i really dont mind coming early to work for overtime, but like that sucks.

i never say no, but this time i will. i feel sick and sleepy during the entire morning. i can hardly get my a$$ out of bed, even if i wake up at 8, i have breakfast and my pills and i still go back to bed cuz i feel like ####### until i really need to leave for work. my boss can stay here to cover the admin.

:lol: i'll fall in temptation and stop at the commissary and buy me some bread, cheese and ham, yum

Do it. Buy pumpernickel or sourdough and spread some butter/margarine in the outsides so that when you toast it it's crunchy and yumster :thumbs:

Try some hummus instead of mayo.

And send me a sandwich cuz now I'm hungry :blush:

english muffin, the healthy one, lowfat lots of fiber whole grain, plus havarti cheese (the best cheese ever), fat free cream cheese, tomato, lettuce and salami, yum

i have been so tired lately... :unsure:

Me too! I think it has something to do with the seasons changing...the sun goes up later, so it's starting to be still dark when I get up. In summer I felt all fit and active and went running before work. Now the alarm goes of at 6, so I get up and run and it's dark outside, so I snooze it and stay in bed until 7:30am. :lol:
