I felt scheisse all day and a sofa, but a bowl of soup and comfy Pjs sorted me out. Now I am back to the usual me.

i never say no, but this time i will. i feel sick and sleepy during the entire morning. i can hardly get my a$$ out of bed, even if i wake up at 8, i have breakfast and my pills and i still go back to bed cuz i feel like ####### until i really need to leave for work. my boss can stay here to cover the admin.

i have been so tired lately...

Me too! I think it has something to do with the seasons changing...the sun goes up later, so it's starting to be still dark when I get up. In summer I felt all fit and active and went running before work. Now the alarm goes of at 6, so I get up and run and it's dark outside, so I snooze it and stay in bed until 7:30am.
